View of Laguna with Fantastic Clouds

One day about a year ago, my friend and excellent plein-aire painter, Alisan Harding, invited me to accompany her to the Laguna Art Museum to view an exhibition of California paintings she’d viewed once and wanted to see again. As we left after lunch at Las Brisas, this amazing cloud formation surrounded us all the way home. Alison left the highway once at a view point in order to photograph it.
