Mark Fehlman painting demo October 16th, 2023
Mark Fehlman is one of our favorite demo artists and a perfect conclusion to the 2023 season of instruction! Thank you Mark.Visit his website at www.markfehlman.com
Tips from his slide show:
-Find 5 values and 5 shapes in your painting
-Think in thirds: 1) avoid the center and equal sized shapes
2) one third light vs two thirds darks or vice versa
3) mix three dominant colors in a composition
- Big shapes first, details later
